I haven't had this issue with any other broker and I liked the fact that they offer low spreads and indicies trading but I was trading forex and their spreads are super lower and they still take you out of trades.
Take your money elsewhere. Been with these for a while now along with a few other brokers, I find them easy to use and good for crypto trading, like being able to deposit and withdraw in BTC wouldn't want to do it any other way now as used to getting it so quickly. Scammy broker, they will rob you of your money without any evidence of why your trade failed.
